BASCOL's 2026 Summer Program!

Dear Prospective BASCOL Families,
 
The summer program will be located at Long Branch Elementary (4035 Long Branch Road) for 9 Weeks. Space is limited and will fill up very quickly.
 
This summer the program will run from June 29th through August 28th, 2026 from 6:30am until 6:00pm Monday-Friday. You choose only the days and weeks you need to attend (minimum of 2 days per week). There are themed weeks, guest speakers and field trips!
 
BASCOL is including some special events and Guest Speakers this summer! See events calendar in registration packet. Please note: If you sign up for a field trip day, you must also sign up for the field trip and pay the field trip fee, the field trip is not option that day. There will not be any staff or children staying back from the field trips.
 
Ways to register:
  1. Complete the Summer Registration Packet at the bottom of this page and e-mail back to mmanning@bascol.org
  2. You can also call 315-622-4815 and make an appointment to register in person at the BASCOL Administrative Office located at 4610 Wetzel Road in Liverpool.
 
We will let you know when we have received your packet and follow up with you about any missing information needed. The registration fee is $40 per child if you register before May 29th ($50 per child after May 29th). You will also pay for the field trip t-shirt upon registration if you are purchasing one. You can use last year's t-shirt. Payments for the summer will be done through our billing system, Procare. Autopay will be required- see memo below regarding Procare.
 
We can also mail you a paper registration packet if you prefer.
 
We must receive a completed Registration Packet along with any other required health care forms, registration fee and deposit before your registration is all set. Once we have all of the required information, you will receive a confirmation by one of our office staff.

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ BELOW:
 
If your child has an Individual Education Plan (IEP) or 504 Plan, that will also need to be submitted when you register. In addition, if your child has ADHD – please let us know if they will require any special accommodations @ BASCOL.
 
If any allergies to food, latex, insects, allergy to medications and seasonal allergies are listed, the OCFS 6029 Allergy & Anaphylaxis form will need to be filled out by your child’s doctor. If medication is required at the program a Medication Consent Form would need to be completed as well.  For any sensitivities or intolerances (to foods, including dairy, latex or insects) that are listed, additional paperwork will be required.
