Welcome to the Before and After School Child Care on Location, Inc. (BASCOL). BASCOL was created by working parents concerned about access to licensed, quality, stimulating child care available for school age children.

BASCOL was first implemented in 1992 at only one site. Today BASCOL has expanded to 14 sites in five different school districts. We are committed to providing consistent, nurturing, professional child care for children in kindergarten through sixth grade in Onondaga County.

BASCOL is a not for profit 501(c)(3) organization and is supported in spirit by the school boards, administators and Principals of the schools we serve.

We welcome your child's enrollment, and hope you will find BASCOL valuable. We also welcome your comments and suggestions in helping us continue to improve and promote the high standards we have set for BASCOL.
